MAOSC Bylaws Adopted Oct 2023

• Organizationally, each of MAOSC’s 14-16 Board seats represent either: one of 12 Minnesota “REGIONS”; or 2-4 “At Large” seats. 
  Each Region consists of a pre-determined, geographical “grouping” of adjacent counties.

• Due to changing demographics over the years, the Board of Directors recently took on the project of redrawing MAOSC’s Regions; 
  making them more equitable by total population and likelihood of having similar legislative issues, needs or concerns.
