Federal guidelines for the American Rescue Plan /Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund are expected to be published very soon. As we learned during the CARES Act funding round, these guidelines often generate more questions than answers. For that reason MN Small Cities will be co-hosting this webinar presentation - along with LMC - to provide small cities an overview of the funding parameters and to answer any initial questions you may have.
